THEASOEBIJUNKIE FABRICS: CHRISTIAN MOTHERS OF ST. MARY’S CATHOLIC CHURCH

Hello everyone,

Sometimes last month, one of our very good customers who keeps referring us to her loved ones for single purchases and Asoebi reached out to us to supply sego headtie to the women (Christian Mothers) of her church within 24hrs and we just had to swing into action and arranged for about 50pieces of royal blue sego gele.

Sego gele is one of our options for budget friendly Asoebi, which I also recommend for weddings. If you want the Asoebi effect at your event and you don’t want your friends to “break the bank”, the easiest and cheapest way to do this and still have fabulous Asoebi ladies is to pick a unique color combo but since you are not selling Fabrics like laces or Ankara, you will have to pick a fabric color that is classic. Something like white which is what these women chose and then you can pick a sego color that will blend with your event’s color theme.

Other colors that are classic and will be easy to find in every woman’s wardrobe that you can choose as Asoebi Fabric color are gold, pink, blue and teal green.

But here the Beautiful women of St. MARY’S CATHOLIC CHURCH chose white and Royal blue and they turned out exceptionally beautiful and slayed on a budget.

Check out their pictures from the event below:

What do you think about their color combination? Share your thoughts in the comments section.

And don’t forget we are still the best in supplying quality and exquisite fabrics at budget friendly prices for Asoebi and single purchase.

To order, please call or whatsapp 2347033040834

You can also send email to theasoebijunkie@gmail.com

We deliver within and outside of Lagos state and internationally.

We look forward to your patronage

THEASOEBIJUNKIE WEDDING – #JR2017

Hello everyone,

We will not allow the month of love(February) to end without sharing beautiful pictures from the wedding of our #christmas couple.

The bride as being an amazing customer for about two years (or more), so when she contacted us that she was getting married, I was so excited. She chose coral red and teal green for her wedding theme, so we stated with her aso-ebi fabric and I sent her options that fit into her color theme/budget and in a short while we sealed the asoebi deal. She’s the calmest bride ever! Then we moved to family fabrics and we sealed that too as well as fabrics for her own outfits, asooke and sego headtie (s) and the native handfan for delta brides.

Let’s see these fabrics in pictures as we celebrate this amazing couple displaying so much love at their traditional wedding.

Bride’s first outfit – Fabric and headtie from us

She slayed stylishly in our teal green tulle lace embellished with pearls and stones matched with our beaded sego headtie

Here she steps out with her boo in her second outfit which I really love because she allowed me style her in champagne gold monotone combo.

Fabric is champagne gold George with matching tulle blouse.

Headtie was champagne gold asooke fully embellished with Swarovski stones and gold pearls

Handfan was also embellished with stones (we had to go all out for our bride)

Here is our pretty bride with her brothers in Atiku and teal green asooke caps also styled by us

Now to the asoebi Fabrics, her female friends and colleagues turned up in this colorful yet classy/beautiful tulle lace with white sego gele that blends perfectly into her color theme and also makes you think of Christmas while the male counterparts wore white Atiku with coral red caps. All supplied by us!

I really wished we got more pictures of the asoebi Fabrics but from the few we got, we have no doubt that everyone slayed in different gorgeous designs.

We appreciate the couple for choosing us to style them and their amazing families and guests on their big day.

We pray that God bless their home and that their love for each other abound forever.

Thanks again for choosing Theasoebijunkie.

If you are a bride and you need our services for traditional bridal styling for any tribe in Nigeria, please send us a mail at theasoebijunkie@gmail.com or call/whatsapp 07033040834 and we will take the stress of you.

SEGO GELE

Happy Easter Holidays  people!  It’s the celebration of the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ and the finished work on Calvary (Hallelujah)!

From time immemorial the African woman especially Nigerian women are known to always compliment their outfits with turban, scarves and headtie.
The headtie to us is what the hat means to the European women especially when you are going to church, social functions and for all kinds of festivities.

There’s this special touch the headtie  popularly known as gele gives to the native outfit be it iro and buba or skirt and blouse and even the simple boubou beyond covering of hair. Gele makes you stand out, it’s traditional and oozes elegance.

So today,  am focusing on the sego gele which is a ( not so ) new kind of gele that has found its way into the heart of most ladies.
It is a bit softer than the old type of gele (favourite part for younger ladies) and it comes in 2piece  per pack , so you can share one pack with a friend/ sister or use the second half as ipele.

They also come in different  patterns and colors to match any kind of fabric.

Let’s see some beautiful samples of Sego gele that you can rock to your next event or even to church on a bad hair day *winks* :

THEASO-EBI JUNKIE WEDDING

Theasoebijunkie wedding: Mayowa and Ayorinde

Hello everyone,

Am so excited to bring to you pictures of one of the brides I mentioned in this POST

My Ebony beauty Mayowa Alaka and her boo- Ayorinde  Oyekangaun tied the knot on the 22nd of August 2015 to the glory of God and even though I wasn’t present at the wedding, I knew it was going to be Glorious and thank God it was a success.
Mayowa contacted me sometimes in June for Asoebi and her color theme was coral and champagne gold. She told me her budget and sent me picture of her choice fabrics which was silk and tulle with Sego Headtie.

The fabric was champagne gold while the head tie was coral and we arranged/packed her fabrics and sent in batches as the request was coming in from her friends and well wishers .

Here are some of the pictures from the beautiful wedding:

Thank you for allowing theasoebijunkie brand to be part of your day.

SUNDAY’S BEST: IRO AND BUBA

Hello People,

So i wore this sequined organza lace to church on Sunday and i just thought to share

My mum actually bought this fabric for me from Balogun market in Lagos and the gele which i so so love!

The lace fabric is beautiful and  laid well on my body for someone that do not like tying wrapper , i wanted to use it to make a skirt and blouse at first but my mum advised me to try and upgrade my iro and buba wardrobe . So i obliged and when i wore it, i totally fell in love with iro and buba and am going to sew more of it (watch this space).

The gele is called Sego!  It’s beautiful, not so hard and easy to tie.

I actually got this style at my first attempt because sometimes i normally tie my gele twice or thrice before getting it right and i did not need to use office pin(my gele tying secret) *covers face*

The other half of the gele is what i used as my’ ipele’ to give a complete Yoruba traditional look.
