That’s why am starting a new series tagged ‘theasoebijunkie weekend spotlight’ which is going to be a weekly post  showcasing pictures of party guests in the past weekend with absolute gorgeous outfits.   1. pls bin waiting to reach u…am getting married april n am confused abt colours……I chose lilac n gold 4 wedding guests, n am thinking champagne/light gold and peach 4 me n hubby but I dnt knw ow dt wld look cos we re rili dark……n I av no idea wt my aso-ebi gals can wear…and am not having a white wedding…jst engagement and nikkah/receptn………….I I totally av no idea on wat to wear for the engagement…….pls help a confused bride to be…tnx a lot awaiting response…*eager*

    • hello Zaynab and congratulations on your forthcoming wedding. Lilac and gold is a nice combo. And champagne gold and peach is beautiful on dark skin, i did a post on that color combo last year, you can check the blog for pictures. For the aso-ebi girls, call me on 07033040834 or send a mail to theasoebijunkie@gmail.com and i will sort you out.. for your engagement you can wear a complete asooke set (iro,buba,ipele and gele) or you use a nice lace fabric as iro and buba, then matching asooke as ipeleand gele.
